Customer Service Coordinator

True North Yachts, Canada’s premier Yacht Dealership seeks a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team of professionals in the business of new and brokerage yacht sales.

The ideal candidate will be a master at multi-tasking, computer literate, organized, personable and have a passion for the sailing lifestyle. Must be a self-starter and have the tenacity, aptitude and patience to deal with potentially difficult customer and manufacturer relations issues. Sailing skills an asset but not required (we’ll fix that).

Reporting to the President, duties include (but are not limited to), greeting customers, general office administration, sales and service department administration (including service scheduling), parts ordering, coordination with marina staff, event planning (boat shows, customer appreciation events, open houses), post-sale customer service and much more.

Some travel required. Must be comfortable in boat shoes.

CRM (such as ACT!) experience, bookkeeping skills and familiarity with integrated dealer software (such as Dealer Logic) an asset.
